REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university graduate—or incomplete studies—in Administration or related fields (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, performing administrative functions in gyms (mandatory). Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Availability to work full-time and on rotating shifts. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain operations and services according to company standards. Identify and propose improvement actions for service processes. Protect the company’s brand and positive image. Ensure proper maintenance of the facility. Oversee administration of assigned personnel. Establish and strengthen a productive and efficient work environment. Serve as the communication channel between staff and owners.
