Manage client billing and collections 2. Coordinate and send technical reports 3. Handle petty cash and provide staff assistance The company **Gestión y Ejecución en servicios Electromecánicos SAC** is looking for the most suitable candidate to fill the position of **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issue sales invoices and send them to clients. * Maintain up-to-date sales records. * Manage petty cash * Prepare petty cash indicators * Receive collection checks * Manage staff attendance * Maintain service profitability records * Send technical reports to clients * Coordinate with clients regarding service completion for billing purposes * Other duties related to this position **REQUIREMENTS:** * Intern in the final cycles (5th or 6th cycle) of Industrial Administration or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience * Availability to work in SMP * Immediate availability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.850\.00 \- S/.1,130\.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing technical studies (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
