Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Maintenance Technician to supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and condominiums. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance with contractors. 2. Inspect common areas and identify repair needs. 3. Prepare technical reports and manage equipment. Maintenance Technician – Building Management Company **Location:** San Luis **Schedule:** Full-time Working Hours * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. to 6:20 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 2–3 Saturdays per month, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Main Responsibilities * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work performed by contractor companies, verify proper execution, and issue corresponding approvals. * Inspect common areas of buildings and condominiums to identify repair, conservation, or maintenance needs. * Prepare technical reports on inspections and maintenance work performed. * Maintain control of building or condominium equipment, verifying operational status and scheduled maintenance dates. * Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities to ensure proper facility operation. Position Profile * Technical degree in Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Maintenance, or related fields. * Experience in building, condominium, or similar facility maintenance (preferred). * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment and facilities. * Ability to prepare technical reports. * Responsible, proactive, and skilled in teamwork.
