We are currently expanding and growing in the market. We are currently seeking a MARKETING MANAGER. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in similar positions. Intermediate-level proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of marketing strategy and campaign development. Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Proficiency in digital marketing tools. Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Responsibilities: \- Design and implement the company's strategic plan, with a focus on marketing direction. \- Design and implement the monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plan aligned with established goals. \- Propose and execute the marketing budget assigned by senior management. \- Manage ADS campaigns, design and monitor digital strategies on Meta Ads and Google Ads, optimize conversion funnels, and measure advertising ROI. \- Develop monthly content plans and performance-oriented promotional campaigns. \- Analyze campaign performance and generate key performance indicator reports (ROI, CPL, conversion rate, engagement, etc.). \- Develop and oversee all market research studies. \- Analyze market data and produce reports on positioning, pricing, and other relevant statistics. \- Develop KPIs for marketing teams. \- Develop and implement the company's pricing strategy, analyzing competition, profitability, and brand positioning. \- Oversee and produce digital marketing content in coordination with the team. \- Propose customer retention strategies and lead the team in developing communication materials such as catalogs, flyers, and graphics. (posts, reels, videos, presentations, banners) \- Present POP materials to management together with the team.
