Currently, we provide sales services for corporate and individual products to BBVA Bank; therefore, we are seeking a Mortgage Credit Supervisor. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:** * Lead and develop field sales teams. * Drive mortgage loan placements. * Conduct daily performance tracking and goal attainment monitoring. * Train and support the team throughout the commercial process. * Analyze KPIs and optimize team productivity. * Establish partnerships with real estate agencies. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary + commissions * High commissions starting from the first transaction. * Bonuses and incentives for goal achievement. * Ongoing training on financial products and commercial management. * Career development path as a commercial leader. * Support from an experienced company in the financial sector. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the financial/mortgage sector * Knowledge of mortgage loans. * Experience leading commercial teams and achieving objectives. * Leadership, motivation, and communication skills. * Analytical ability and results orientation * Laptop and internet access required.
