Establish relationships with suppliers and the industry An educational institution committed to the country’s development of entrepreneurs and leaders in the field of Cosmetology and Aesthetics is currently seeking a **Regional Supervisor** for our campuses located in **Northern Lima:** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate diploma in commercial and sales management (preferred) * 2 years of experience in the position **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and quality at assigned campuses. * Supervise and coordinate daily campus operations, including personnel, material, and financial resource management. * Manage budgets and control costs. * Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, professionals, and companies in the industry. * Coordinate with support departments to meet operational requirements of campuses. * Ensure timely resolution of complaints, guaranteeing appropriate external customer service. * Submit reports to management after each campus visit. * Conduct work meetings with teaching and non-teaching staff to gather improvement proposals or identify omissions of established procedures. * Establish strategic alliances with public and private entities. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am \- 6:30 pm * Saturday or Sunday: 8:30 am \- 11:30 am **BENEFITS:** * Salary negotiable * General labor regime payroll * Biweekly and end-of-month payments * Performance bonus * Mandatory Life Insurance Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in this position, and in which areas have you worked? * Please provide your telephone number. * Have you conducted fieldwork? * Please indicate your salary expectation for this position: * In which district do you reside?
