At Alpayana, we continue searching for talent for the following position in our hashtag\#Unit hashtag\#Americana: Requirements * DEGREE IN MINING ENGINEERING, GEOLOGICAL ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELD \- INTERNATIONAL STANDARDIZATION ORGANIZATION (ISO) 9001\-45001\-14001 SPECIALIZATION DESIRABLE / LEAD AUDITOR COURSE * 2 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR FUNCTIONS WITHIN THE IMS AREA Responsibilities * Ensure proper organization, management, updating, and interpretation of information related to the Integrated Management System of the UM Americana. * Guarantee monitoring of the Integrated Management System to identify deficiencies and implement necessary corrective and preventive actions. * Generate and actively participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and controls requiring official IMS documentation. * Ensure compliance with audits according to the annual audit program and corrective actions. * Ensure monitoring of Integrated Management System indicators, generating statistical analyses within specified timeframes for accurate data evaluation and analysis. * Maintain and comply with the updating, awareness, dissemination, and monitoring of the MASSTC policy, plans, and programs of the Integrated Management System. * Promote current safety culture change activities through monitoring and implementation of the Safe Work Committees’ work plan, and analyze evaluations to identify improvement opportunities across organizational areas. * Perform any other complementary activities requiring the incumbent’s capabilities and skills, aligned with their position and/or Career Path, and authorized by their direct supervisor. ### **Alpayana** #### **Mining** **Peru, Lima, Lima** We are Alpayana, a mining group committed to sustainable mining, positively contributing to our environment through every action we undertake.
