




Job Summary: Provide courteous and personalized service to customers, maintain the service area in optimal condition, and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operational execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personalized and proactive customer service 2. Maintenance of the service area and order management 3. Team coordination and support in complementary functions · Greet and seat customers, introduce yourself courteously, and assign the best available table according to their needs. · Prepare and maintain the service area in optimal condition, ensuring cleanliness, order, and adequate supply of items such as napkins, condiment dispensers, and sauces. · Deliver personalized and proactive service throughout the entire dining experience—recommending dishes, accurately taking orders, and anticipating customer needs. · Dispatch orders in sequence and with appropriate presentation, ensuring a seamless experience from appetizers through desserts, including timely removal of service items. · Conclude service properly by presenting the bill, processing payments courteously, and bidding customers a warm farewell. · Coordinate with the team and assist in complementary tasks—including cleaning common areas, performing basic maintenance, onboarding new staff, and promptly reporting any incidents to management. · And all other duties inherent to this position, as well as any additional responsibilities assigned by **TKH CORP E.I.R.L.**, to promote and support business operations.
