Responsible for leading and executing solution requirements Position Objective Lead the business solutions service within the relevant E2E process domain to ensure governance of the Breca model, proposing innovative technological solution implementations in accordance with development standards, security requirements, and best practices defined by the area, thereby contributing to the development of an AMS model that supports customer continuity and growth. Functions and Responsibilities 1\. Supervise the value proposition delivered to customers, fulfilling the role of functional architect to ensure an integrated solution and proper management of internal and external resources involved. 2\. Identify customer needs to maintain close proximity, ensuring understanding of their processes, expectations, and effectively transferring this knowledge to the team. 3\. Ensure compliance with management processes, KPIs, and controls, proposing continuous improvement actions to achieve expected customer outcomes. 4\. Ensure AMS and project delivery services are completed within established timelines to fulfill customer contracts, delivering high-quality deliverables and achieving comprehensive governance of implemented solutions and processes. 5\. Responsible for leading and/or executing corrective requirements, enhancements, and solution projects for the processes under their responsibility, adhering to defined KPIs and service catalog to deliver optimal service to both external and internal customers as efficiently as possible. (Support Management Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, Power BI) 6\. Address audit, security, and area process requirements to execute the action plan based on defined observations. Requirements Graduate and/or bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering 5 years of experience in SAP analyst or consultant roles, specifically in the PP, QM, or PM modules. 2 years of experience in SAP analyst or consultant roles, specifically in the SD module. Experience in IT project management Experience in software quality assurance and training Experience managing local and foreign vendors Experience leading teams **SAP:** SAP solutions.
