We are currently seeking top talent for the **Vessel Supervisor** role. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring all vessel operations at the terminal are conducted in accordance with instructions from the shift manager and the planning department; supervising and controlling vessel berthing and unberthing operations; leading stevedore gangs and APMT personnel; maintaining discipline during the shift; regularly monitoring operational productivity; achieving set targets with zero accidents; maintaining a safe environment; resolving operational issues as they arise; and ensuring equipment is used correctly to maximize efficiency and productivity. **General Responsibilities:** * Ensure all pre\-operational procedures are executed correctly. * Continuously monitor container vessel operations, provide technical support to assigned gangs, report any unusual situations to the shift manager, and resolve any operational stoppages. * Monitor crew performance aboard the vessel. * Distribute and monitor vessel documentation.
