Job Summary:
We are seeking a Professional Intern in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering for our Quality team to contribute to the analysis, control, and improvement of production processes.

An industrial company dedicated to manufacturing textile products for the fishing sector is seeking a **Professional Intern in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering** to join our Quality team and contribute to the analysis, control, and improvement of our production processes.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Conduct quality inspections of in-process and finished products, verifying compliance with established standards.
* Identify, classify, and record defects, deviations, and observations encountered during the production process.
* Track recurring defects and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
* Prepare quality reports and indicators related to defects, rejections, and rework.
* Support continuous improvement analysis using tools such as Pareto, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys.
* Participate in scheduled laboratory verifications, measurements, and tests.
* Assist in updating records, standards, and documentation within the Quality department.
**Requirements**
* Graduate of **Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering**.
* Prior experience or internships in quality, production, or industrial processes are desirable.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, charts, and data analysis).
* Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools is desirable.
* Availability to carry out professional internships at an industrial plant.
* Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

**Work Location:** Industrial Plant, Carmen de la Legua
**Working Hours:** Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month
