Coordinating training programs and overseeing legal compliance. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage the store's human capital and promote a positive work environment focused on talent development. * Managing workplace climate and resolving conflicts. * Supporting store leaders on team management matters. * Identifying human talent. * Coordinating training programs and continuous employee development. * Supervising legal compliance. * Coordinating various events. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields. * Preferred: Additional studies / specialization / diploma in HR. * Preferred: Prior experience in HR or similar roles for at least 1 year. * Required: Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, reports, and dashboards). * Employment modality: 100% in-person, Monday to Friday, plus at least 2 Saturdays per month.
