Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Organizational Psychologist committed to employee well-being and mental health, who will strengthen the workplace climate and manage psychosocial risks. Main Responsibilities * Design, plan, and deliver training on topics including well-being, mental health, soft skills, communication, leadership, stress management, and related areas. * Develop experiential workshops focused on enhancing teamwork, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and organizational development. * Provide first-level emotional support and psychological guidance to employees, fostering a healthy and respectful work environment. * Monitor and track psychosocial risk factors using assessment tools, interviews, and other methodologies. * Prepare technical reports containing findings, indicators, and recommendations for psychosocial risk management. * Propose and implement intervention plans and preventive actions to strengthen organizational well-being. * Coordinate mental health promotion activities in the workplace and participate in awareness campaigns. * Provide technical support on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) matters related to psychosocial factors. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology. * Experience in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Occupational Well-being, or Occupational Safety and Health. * Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, and organizational well-being programs. * Knowledge of psychosocial risk assessment and intervention. * Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and technical report writing. * Excellent communication, group facilitation, and conflict management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
