Job Summary: We are seeking a Psychology Assistant in the industrial sector to coordinate mass recruitment, manage organizational climate, and support corporate culture. Key Highlights: 1. An engineering company is looking for a **PSYCHOLOGY ASSISTANT \- INDUSTRIAL SECTOR** in Surco. **Requirements:** * Female university graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Psychology. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mass recruitment within the industrial sector (engineers, technicians, metrologists, marketing professionals, occupational safety specialists, etc.). * Experience in organizational climate and culture (events, internal celebrations, values, ethics, mission, vision, MOF, and organizational chart). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong communication and planning skills; charismatic and confident demeanor. * Conduct visits to institutes for corporate agreements and job fairs. * Must have personal mobile phone for recruitment purposes. * Availability to work in Surco and San Luis (on alternating basis). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with the Administration Department Head regarding staffing needs to schedule job postings across various channels. * Coordinate with Human Resources on personnel onboarding, verification of documents, and employee records provided by the company. * Conduct job postings through diverse recruitment sources. * Identify additional recruitment sources and conduct field visits (e.g., institutes for corporate agreements). * Screen applicants from various job boards and recruitment sources. * Schedule and conduct virtual and/or in-person interviews. * Administer and evaluate psychological assessments per position requirements. * Notify selected candidates of their start date and follow up until their official onboarding. * Organize internal corporate activities and events, leadership workshops, organizational mental health sessions, communication training, and other initiatives related to workplace climate. * Support performance evaluations and enhancement of organizational culture, plus other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Pleasant work environment. * Timely monthly payments.
