Full-time \| On-site **We are looking for a people management leader!** We are seeking a **Senior Human Resources Specialist** with a background in **Psychology** and experience in the **mining sector**, focused on operational staff management, occupational climate, and organizational strengthening. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead **occupational climate and organizational culture** management. * Handle and resolve **labor conflicts** (office and field). * Support and accompany employees. * Implement and monitor disciplinary measures in accordance with applicable law. * Advise management on labor and human resource management matters. * Propose and implement improvements in internal communication and employee well-being. * Supervise and monitor HR processes. * Coordinate with the administrative department to ensure accurate payroll processing and personnel administration. **Requirements:** ✔ Degree in **Psychology** (mandatory) ✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in HR ✔ Experience in the **mining sector** (mandatory) ✔ Experience managing **operational staff** ✔ Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation **Technical Knowledge (mandatory):** ✔ Payroll management expertise (PLAME, T\-Registration) ✔ Labor benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations) ✔ AFP, ONP, and Fifth Category Income Tax ✔ EsSalud processes **Key Competencies:** * Strong and empathetic leadership * Effective communication * Conflict management * Decision-making ability * High professional judgment **We Offer:** Market-competitive remuneration Positive work environment Job stability Growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.3,000\.00 per month Willingness to travel: * 50 % (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
