Participation in initiatives related to workplace climate, culture, and employee engagement At Moventi, we are looking for an **IT Talent Attraction Assistant**, oriented toward recruitment and selection processes, with experience in IT profiles and a focus on delivering an excellent experience to candidates and internal clients. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection processes * Experience recruiting IT profiles (development, QA, infrastructure, data, etc.) * Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques and resume screening * Proficiency in candidate sourcing tools * Intermediate level of English * Strong communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills Responsibilities * Collaborate with internal clients to define job profiles, identifying business needs and requirements * End-to-end management of recruitment and selection processes: job posting, candidate hunting, resume screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up * Proactively source talent from various channels and build candidate pipelines * Ensure timely execution and quality standards in selection processes * Deliver an appropriate experience to candidates and internal clients throughout the entire process * Maintain updated databases and generate departmental metrics/reports * Conduct onboarding and initial follow-up for new hires * Participate in initiatives related to workplace climate, culture, and employee engagement * Propose improvements and optimization of talent attraction processes Benefits * Hybrid work modality * Career development path * Work location: Hybrid in San Isidro Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: Hybrid in San Isidro, Lima
