




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant to manage employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinate wellness activities. Key Highlights: 1. Manages HR documentation and key processes 2. Coordinates employee wellness and training activities 3. Supports audits and resolves labor-related inquiries ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files for all employees. * Ensure delivery of PPE and employee uniforms. * Manage responses to Sunafil inquiries. * Manage updates of personal data, contracts, addenda, and certifications. * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and signing contracts, renewals, and addenda. * Coordinate with Legal and Accounting departments for specific requirements. * Employee onboarding and offboarding processes. * Coordinate new employee onboarding, ensuring required documents are submitted. * Manage induction and onboarding documentation. * Attendance tracking. * Register and update insurance policies. * Manage employee hiring and termination records. * Prepare turnover, attendance, vacation, and leave reports. * Support performance evaluation execution. * Coordinate employee wellness and training activities. * Support internal and external HR-related audits. * Maintain ongoing communication with employees to address questions or labor-related inquiries. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology. * Proficiency in office software, especially Excel. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection. * Familiarity with labor legislation. * Onboarding and Organizational Culture expertise. ***HOW TO APPLY?*** Send your CV to: ebejar@ifsec.pe Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
