Position Summary: We are seeking a Foreign Trade Operations Assistant to manage and coordinate import and logistics processes for heavy-duty vehicle and machinery spare parts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and coordinates daily import withdrawals. 2. Calculates and completes import cubicage measurements. 3. Promotes assertive communication with suppliers and internal customers. M&M REPUESTOS Y SERVICIOS S.A. is an importer and distributor of spare parts for heavy-duty vehicles, heavy machinery, and engines, serving clients in the Transportation, Mining, Construction, and Industrial sectors. We require hiring: A FOREIGN TRADE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: Education: International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency English language skills (written and spoken), minimum Basic level Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles FUNCTIONS: Daily updating of scheduled withdrawals. Management and tracking of import withdrawals. Verification of OE numbers. Sending packing lists (PL) to respective departments. Confirming customs agency payment for customs expenses. Managing transporter permits for DTS. Calculating and entering import cubicage measurements into the system for volume-based costing. SKILLS: Analytical ability Orderliness and organizational skills to fulfill assigned responsibilities.
