Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal store operation and service standards 2. Provide support in supervising operational staff 3. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Ensure optimal store operation by complying with cleanliness, service, and safety standards. · Support the store manager in supervising operational staff. · Assist in submitting established reports (operational, commercial, administrative) as required by the company. · Comply with the company's Process Manual and Internal Work Regulations. · Address, resolve, and follow up on customer inquiries and complaints. · Cash reconciliation, balancing, and rotation; exchange; others. · Achieve sales targets. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION**: Technical or university students, completed or incomplete, in administration, psychology, marketing, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** 6 months in the retail sector. **WORK CONDITIONS:** · Availability: Full-time .
