This is your opportunity! At H\-elarte, we are looking for a committed, detail-oriented, and service-minded **Barista** to join our team. Your role will be essential in delivering high-quality beverages and creating a warm, memorable experience for our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare coffee-based beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) according to quality standards. * Operate and maintain the espresso machine and related equipment in good condition. * Ensure correct coffee dosing, grinding, and extraction. * Keep the workstation clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Provide courteous and personalized customer service. * Assist with restocking supplies (milk, coffee, syrups, etc.). * Comply with food hygiene and safety protocols. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience as a barista or in cafés (preferred). * Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machine operation. * Positive attitude, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Valid Health Certificate. * Availability to work from 4 PM to 12 midnight **We Offer:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Positive work environment and learning opportunities. * Meals provided during shift. * Opportunities for career growth within the restaurant.
