Job Summary: We are seeking Motorcycle Couriers to perform delivery routes in Lima, transporting spare parts and oils while ensuring proper handling and timely delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Comply with safety protocols and punctuality At Outsourcing & Advisor, a leader in **Recruitment and Selection** services, and on behalf of our client — a renowned international automotive dealership — we are hiring new Motorcycle Couriers for delivery routes in Lima. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Valid motorcycle driver's license (mandatory). * Valid SOAT insurance (mandatory). * Prior experience as a courier or motorcycle courier (minimum 6 months). * Familiarity with routes across Metropolitan Lima. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Transport spare parts and oils between branches and agencies across Metropolitan Lima, ensuring proper handling and timely delivery of products. * Adhere to safety and punctuality protocols for every service. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * **Schedule:** *Monday to Friday*: 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; *Saturdays*: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Base Salary:** S/ 1,500 * MUST OWN A MOTORCYCLE WITH VALID SOAT AND DRIVER'S LICENSE **BENEFITS:** * **Immediate payroll inclusion from day one.** * Life Insurance (Law No. 29783) and SCTR insurance. * Job stability and positive organizational climate. * Mid-year and year-end bonuses. * Opportunity to join a nationally established automotive company.
