Support in recruiting operational staff Job Objective Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring proper document control, information organization, process tracking, and support in recruiting operational staff. **Main Responsibilities** * Organize, update, and safeguard physical and digital employee files. * Maintain an orderly and up-to-date document archive. * Register, validate, and update information in databases and Excel reports. * Track pending documentation from employees and new hires. * Support the control and consolidation of operational information required by various departments. * Prepare reports and control dashboards using Excel. * Coordinate and track operational requests. * Post job vacancies and search for candidates for operational positions. * Conduct initial resume screening and preliminary phone contact with applicants. * Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process. * Support onboarding processes and collection of new hire documentation. * Provide support in administrative and operational tasks assigned by management. **Requirements** * Completed technical studies in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative and operational roles. * Experience managing employee files and document control. * Experience in recruiting and tracking operational staff. * **Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency (MANDATORY)** * Ability to handle large volumes of information and multitask. * Availability for on-site work. **Competencies** * Organization and orderliness. * Proactivity. * Tracking ability. * Effective communication. * Attention to detail. * Sense of urgency. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork.
