Freedom to propose and implement creative improvements to the workflow. **Dcbarron.arch**, an architecture services company specializing in rendering creation, video production, and audiovisual material generation for sales of renovations, additions, new construction, and repairs, is looking for a passionate **architect or architecture bachelor's degree holder**, with demonstrable skills in REVIT and proficiency in cutting-edge technological tools. **Candidate Profile Requirements:** * **Passion for Architecture:** Genuine interest in design and technological innovation. * **ADVANCED REVIT CERTIFICATION:** from any specialized educational institution. SELF-TAUGHT CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED. * **Generative AI Specialist:** Proficiency in video and visual narrative creation tools (e.g., Runway, Luma, Pika, or similar) applied to architecture. * **Revit (BIM) Expert:** Advanced proficiency across architectural, MEP, and structural disciplines, including Enscape rendering and interior design. * **English:** Intermediate/Advanced level. * **Location:** Must reside in Southern Lima (Chorrillos, Surco, Barranco). **Responsibilities:** **Core Responsibilities:** * **Revit Drawing Generation:** Comprehensive project development including architectural drawings, interior design, and coordination of specialties (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC).
