Lead contact and follow-up, with continuous advisory support. **Commercial Advisor** **Position Summary** Trade Cars Perú is seeking a commercial advisor focused on purchasing pre-owned vehicles. **What We Expect From You:** * Commercial and proactive attitude. * Results orientation. * Customer satisfaction focus. * Basic knowledge of the automotive sector (preferred). * Communication and negotiation skills. * Valid A1 driver’s license. **Responsibilities:** * Contact daily the assigned leads and provide timely follow-up. * Manage database (CRM experience preferred). * Provide continuous advisory support and conduct vehicle appraisals for potential customers. * Accompany customers throughout the entire purchase process, from initial consultation to closing. * Manage transaction closing and notarial procedures. * Collect and verify vehicle documentation, submit purchase information to the notary, and keep the lead database updated. **Benefits:** * Direct payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Access to digital tools that facilitate your workflow.
