Experience in collections call center and related areas (retention, claims, sales) (not mandatory). Willingness to learn and develop quickly. Proactive attitude and commitment to achieving goals. Basic knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Competitive base salary between S/ 1,150 – S/ 1,400. Commission starting from the first collection for the first two months, followed by ongoing income through our unlimited commission structure.
