A real estate company is looking for 2 professionals: Communicator, Marketer, and Audiovisual Specialist, both Junior and Senior level, to join our team. We seek professionals with solid training in communication and creative skills to develop marketing and audiovisual content projects. The role involves planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns, as well as creating audiovisual content for various platforms. Main Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate strategies • Produce and edit audiovisual content (video, photography, reels, etc.). • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns. • Develop creative proposals aligned with marketing objectives. Requirements: • Degree in Communication, Marketing, Audiovisual Studies, Advertising, or related fields. • Experience managing Meta Ads • Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar). • Knowledge of audience segmentation, budgeting, and campaign optimization. • Familiarity with streaming, sound handling, equipment, and live broadcast optimization • Creativity, proactivity, and teamwork skills. Minimum Requirements: Demonstrable experience in communication and marketing, strong creative skills, and knowledge of audiovisual production. The ability to work under pressure and in a team, as well as adapt quickly to changes and emerging industry trends, will be highly valued.
