Position Summary: We are seeking a Personal Banking Supervisor to lead sales teams, organize and achieve targets, and monitor performance for credit-by-agreement products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuous training in sales techniques We are ALVCOM, a company originating from the Banking Financial, Commercial, and Services sectors, with extensive experience in outsourced sales management. Currently, we provide sales services for individual products to BANBIF Bank; therefore, we are seeking a **Personal Banking Supervisor \- Credit-by-Agreement, based in Trujillo.** **Job Responsibilities:** \- Organize, schedule, and achieve sales targets. \- Lead the assigned sales team, monitoring team performance and adherence to established metrics. \- Control and supervision of sales indicators. \- Train company staff or field sales representatives (FFVV). \- Provide continuous training to the assigned team on sales and negotiation techniques. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 6 months of proven experience as a Sales Advisor or Sales Leader in the Financial sector (Personal Loans or Credit-by-Agreement preferred) \- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office \- Availability to conduct both field and remote work. \- Immediate availability **We Offer:** \- Transportation allowance \+ variable commission \+ production bonuses. \- Opportunity to sell. \- Career development path. \- Ongoing training. \- Work materials (business cards \+ flyers \+ photo ID \+ customer database \+ pre-evaluation system) If your profile matches this position, we look forward to your application!
