Pleasant work environment We are looking for the ideal candidate for the Junior Internal Auditor position who meets the following profile: Job Objective Support the evaluation and improvement of the company's financial, operational, and internal control processes, contributing to risk identification, regulatory compliance, and continuous process optimization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Strong accounting and financial knowledge. Experience in internal and/or external auditing. Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and internal control. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Office tools (desirable). Main Responsibilities: Conduct reviews and evaluations of the company's financial, operational, and administrative processes. Analyze processes, controls, and documentation to identify risks, findings, and improvement opportunities. Participate in the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audits. Prepare audit reports with observations, conclusions, and recommendations. Follow up on the implementation of action plans and improvements proposed by the department. Verify compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Provide support in other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor.
