Pleasant working environment We are currently searching for the ideal candidate for the Junior Internal Auditor position who meets the following profile: Job Objective Provide support in evaluating and improving the company's financial, operational, and internal control processes, contributing to risk identification, regulatory compliance, and continuous process optimization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Solid accounting and financial knowledge. Experience in internal and/or external auditing. Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and internal controls. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Office tools (desirable). Main Responsibilities: Conduct reviews and evaluations of the company's financial, operational, and administrative processes. Analyze processes, controls, and documentation to identify risks, findings, and opportunities for improvement. Participate in the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audits. Prepare audit reports containing observations, conclusions, and recommendations. Follow up on the implementation of action plans and improvements proposed by the department. Verify compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Provide support in other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
