




Job Summary: Provides support and training to brokers and sales teams on the use and deployment of digital tools, manages incidents, and develops supporting materials. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and management of multiple activities **Operational Support and Training Specialist** Main Responsibilities: \* Provide support and guidance to brokers in using new features of the Broker Portal. \* Train brokers and sales teams during the rollout and pilot phase of new digital workflows and tools. \* Coordinate with brokers and commercial departments to schedule and deliver training sessions. \* Serve as the liaison between brokers and the IT Support team for incident handling and follow-up. \* Track inquiries, requests, and reported cases, ensuring proper resolution. \* Develop manuals, user guides, and training materials related to the Broker Portal. \* Participate in building and updating the Broker Portal’s knowledge base. \* Identify process and portal functionality improvement opportunities based on user feedback. Requirements: \* Currently pursuing or completed technical or university studies. \* Experience in user training, functional support, customer service, or similar roles (preferred). \* Proficiency with digital tools and web platforms. \* Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple activities simultaneously. \* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \* Service orientation, organizational skills, and willingness to learn new processes.
