IT ALL STARTS WITH YOU. **About You** In this professional intern role, you will focus on winning with consumers and the market, placing safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. * Support the Production Specialist in data collection for kickoff meetings. * Support the production team in initiatives to reduce raw material and machine\-related waste consumption. * Implement changes and/or improvements to area control boards—including Power BI, etc.—as directed by the Coordinator. * Update area indicators (KPIs) and analyze material and product waste, as well as machine efficiency. * Apply continuous improvement tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Problem Solving Management (PSM), Operational Excellence (OPEX), Autonomous Care (AC), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), etc. To succeed in this position, you will need the following qualifications: **Required Qualifications** * Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * Intermediate English (reading technical drawings and documentation) * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **Desired Qualifications** * Knowledge of Power BI. * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools is desirable. **Purpose\-Driven.
