We recruit, train, and develop talent; advise our clients on best practices; and guarantee high standards of performance, communication, and quality. **Role Overview** Lead and supervise construction projects — primarily roofing and related project types — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Coordinate project activities, manage stakeholders, monitor progress, and support operational efficiency through effective project planning, communication, and digital tools. **Responsibilities** * Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. * Coordinate and supervise internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. * Monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance with specifications and requirements. * Maintain communication with clients and provide regular project updates and reports. * Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement process improvements to support project efficiency. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or university degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. **Experience:** 1+ years of experience in construction project management or project coordination.
