Participate in the recruitment and selection process for operational/service staff. 2\. Respond to messages via WhatsApp Business from individuals interested in applying to job postings. 3\. Conduct preliminary screening and coordinate interviews for operational/service staff. 4\. Maintain up-to-date area databases (recruitment and selection tracking sheets). 5\. Conduct individual interviews. 6\. Request relevant documentation from pre-selected candidates. 7\. Prepare Files and Fichas containing documentation to be sent to clients. 8\. Propose new ideas for attracting female candidates. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Psychology or Administration. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably for operational or service staff. * Experience in social media recruitment (Meta). * Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Excel, and Google Drive. **Competencies:** * Proactivity. * Organization. * Assertive communication. * Teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM. * Work modality: Hybrid — 5 days remote, 1 day on-site. * Payment method: Honorarium receipt. * Availability: Immediate.
