MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Daily review of electronic notifications, checking case statuses on the Judicial Branch’s CEJ platform, and downloading resolutions. • Purchasing judicial fees, notification fees, and fees for various State entities. • Tracking case files, conducting searches, and verifying titles using the Judicial Branch’s search system, INDECOPI, Public Registries, and other State entities. • Typing and drafting legal documents. • Compiling legal documents and their annexes, photocopying, and scanning. • Filing legal documents via the Judicial Branch’s Virtual Records Desk, INDECOPI, and other State entities. • Processing and tracking procedures at SUNARP (Public Registries), Migrations, RENIEC, INDECOPI, and other State agencies. • Managing calendars and scheduling reminders for hearings, appointments, and similar events. • Preparing documentation for meetings. • Archiving documents. • Coordinating with clients regarding expenses, legal documents, hearings, and related matters. • Receiving and attending to clients. • Other duties inherent to the position.
