Strengthen high-performance teams and promote organizational maturity. **Date:** 10 Jun 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Lead the organization’s agile transformation strategy and drive agility scaling by strengthening capabilities, engaging key stakeholders, and leading agile teams—ensuring execution aligned with business strategic objectives. Additionally, in coordination with Governance and Strategy PMO, ensure tracking of metrics and action plans that enable tangible demonstration of agility’s impact on business outcomes.**What will you do in this role?** * Define and govern agile and hybrid methodological guidelines, frameworks, and standards, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. * Consolidate a corporate methodological model that improves efficiency, predictability, and quality in initiative execution. * Lead, through agile teams, implementation of the model in strategic initiatives, promoting continuous value delivery. * Strengthen high-performance teams that increase speed, roadmap adherence, and outcome predictability. * Design and drive the agile scaling strategy, promoting its adoption across new areas and organizational levels. * Enhance organizational maturity by expanding the use of agile practices across teams, CoEs, and vice-presidencies. * Drive the evolution of the PMO toward a value-oriented model (VMO), incorporating agile and hybrid approaches. * Lead training initiatives, knowledge management, and communities of practice to strengthen agile capabilities. * Collaborate with business, technology, PMO, and support areas to ensure integrated and aligned working models. **What do we need from you?** * Completed university degree: Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years’ experience managing projects or programs using agile frameworks. * Experience as an Agile Coach or complementary studies in Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban will be valued. * Intermediate-level English language proficiency.
