Position Summary: A leading company is seeking an Asset Security Supervisor to manage comprehensive security, protect assets, and ensure operational continuity at the plant unit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage comprehensive asset security at the plant. 2. Plan and control security programs. 3. Analyze risks and coordinate incident response. A market-leading company in its field is seeking top talent to assume the role of **ASSET SECURITY SUPERVISOR**. **What do we need from you?** * University degree certified in Industrial Safety, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Administration, or related fields * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor in this role (certified) * Availability to work day and early-morning shifts * Residence near the SMP district **What will you do with us?** * Duties inherent to the position * Coordinate and supervise the comprehensive management of asset security at the plant unit, ensuring protection of assets and operational continuity * Plan, implement, and monitor asset security plans, programs, and procedures, ensuring correct implementation * Analyze information from security systems, operational reports, and incidents to identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions * Coordinate and supervise scheduled and unannounced security patrols, verifying the effectiveness of established controls * Coordinate initial response and handling of incidents, accidents, and emergencies, aligning actions with internal departments and competent external entities * Manage the collection, analysis, and custody of information and evidence to support investigations and preparation of technical reports * Coordinate with operational departments to address unplanned events that may affect asset security and operational continuity **What do we offer you?** * Market-competitive base salary * Full payroll benefits (Christmas bonus, CTS, profit-sharing, vacation, family allowance, etc.) * Pleasant work environment * Participation in company events (contests, award ceremonies, etc.) **Join our great team!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * In which district do you reside and how old are you? * Do you hold a university degree certified in a field relevant to this position? * Do you have certified experience of 4 years in this position? * Are you willing to work day and early-morning shifts?
