




Job Summary: Assistant responsible for supervising compliance with the Food Safety, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, conducting quality controls and training. Opportunity for professional development (career path). **Job Objective:** Assist in supervising compliance with the Food Safety, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management System implemented within the organization. **Responsibilities and Functions:** * Responsibilities: * Conduct supervision and verification controls of premises. * Supervise quality documentation (BPM, POES, HPS). * Verify correct completion of quality forms. * Ensure products meet quality controls (temperature, taste, odor, and color). * Deliver training sessions, talks, and inductions to staff on quality and safety topics. * Prepare non-conformance report and follow up on corrective actions. * Ensure products have technical data sheets, safety data sheets, and comply with quality requirements. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Food Industries, Nutrition, Food Science, or related fields. * One (1) year of prior experience in food concessions, restaurants, or cafeterias. * Availability to travel across various locations in Lima. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 A.M \- 6:00 P.M and Saturdays from 9:00 A.M \- 12:00 P.M. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance. * Career path. * Bi-weekly payments.
