Coordinates with commercial and customer service departments **We are looking for a Collection Officer** At LUBTEC, the official Mobil distributor for the industrial sector in Peru, we are seeking a professional to fill the position of Collection Officer, who will be responsible for managing and timely recovering the assigned portfolio, maintaining appropriate customer relationships, and contributing to the achievement of the company's financial objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor current and overdue customer portfolios. * Execute preventive, administrative, and field collection actions, ensuring compliance with payment commitments. * Keep collection and management information up to date in the system. * Coordinate with commercial and customer service departments for timely collection management. * Identify credit risks and propose actions to minimize delinquency. * Conduct collection visits when required by the customer's situation. **Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years' experience managing current and delinquent portfolios. * Knowledge of negotiation and credit recovery techniques. * Proficiency in computer tools and management systems. **Competencies:** * Negotiation skills. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Organization and follow-up. * Proactivity, responsibility, and punctuality.
