Job Summary: We are seeking male candidates to perform baggage loading/unloading and aircraft cleaning at Jorge Chávez Airport, with full availability for rotating shifts. Key Highlights: 1. Aircraft cargo handling, loading/unloading, and cleaning operations 2. Duties in the Jorge Chávez Airport operations area 3. Full availability to cover rotating shifts **Requirements:** * **Male** candidates aged 18–40. * Completed secondary education (*mandatory*). * Residence in Callao or adjacent districts. * Full availability to cover rotating shifts (*mandatory*). **Responsibilities:** * Perform baggage loading/unloading within the Jorge Chávez Airport operations area. * Conduct interior cabin cleaning of aircraft. * Carry out other duties assigned by supervision. **Benefits:** ***Full Time (8 hours per workday):*** * 6-month contract, subject to renewal. * Base salary of S/1130 **\+** Performance bonus: approx. S/94 per month. * Meal allowance: S/60\.00 (performance-based, per month). * Biweekly payments (40% mid-month \- 60% end-of-month). * Night shift bonus: S/1\.40 extra per hour (applicable only to night or early-morning shifts). * Transportation provided for early-morning shifts. * 85% meal coverage (during operations, employee bears only S/ 1\.55 per meal). * Career path \- Payroll/insurance/CTS/bonus/education/family allowance/profits **\+** Corporate benefits with the company.
