IPH continues to grow! **IPH CUSTOMS AGENCY** seeks a COMEX Analyst eager to join an agile and committed team. Requirements: * University graduate or bachelor's degree in International Trade or International Business Administration and/or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in customs agencies and/or international freight forwarders. * Advanced English (desirable). Responsibilities: * Coordinate and monitor import and nationalization operations. * Manage COMEX documentation (Customs Declaration, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, licenses, Certificate of Origin). * Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and suppliers. * Coordinate physical and system-based merchandise entry into the distribution center (DC). * Ensure adherence to operational and regulatory deadlines. * Prepare operational and performance reports. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. COMPETENCIES: * Responsible, honest, punctual, proactive, and quick learner. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * Ability to concentrate and perform detailed analysis, as well as plan time and activities. * Knowledge of international treaties, foreign trade management, and customs (desirable).
