Job Summary: Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on vehicles, supports more complex tasks, and provides on-road mechanical assistance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive maintenance and medium-complexity repairs 2. Assistance with engine disassembly and reassembly 3. On-road mechanical assistance What will you do in this role? * Perform routine preventive maintenance services (oil changes, filter replacements, fluid level inspections, general lubrication). * Carry out medium-complexity corrective repairs (brake pad replacements, brake belts, shock absorbers, minor component calibrations). * Respond to on-road mechanical assistance requests and assess on-site whether the bus failure en route can be quickly repaired or requires towing. * Support Senior/Master Technicians in engine disassembly and reassembly or higher-complexity repairs. * Keep assigned tools clean and in good working condition. Requirements: * Graduate of Automotive Mechanics Technician program * Knowledge of diesel/CNG engines, fundamentals of pneumatic braking systems, and use of general workshop tools. * Minimum 2 years of experience in preventive maintenance in bus and/or truck workshops What do we offer? * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory benefits. * Career development path.
