He/She works with customers, suppliers to route, trace shipments as necessary. He/She resolves problems and maintains an ongoing professional relationship with the customer and vendors. **Responsibilities:** * Breakdown of import manifest. * Validation and/or calculation of freight charge. * Housewaybill issuance via SPOC. * Pre\-arrival notice per shipment. * Daily pre\-alert reconciliation. * Update of consolidation data, waybills reissuance. * Pre\-alert of arrival per shipment. * Preliminary and supplementary customs manifest. * Coordination with the warehouse. * Validation of arrival notices. * Arrival notice per shipment. * Billing for handling, collect freight, and F/D charges. * Approval of warehouse invoices (point of arrival). * Point of arrival cost recovery. **Qualifications:** * Technical or professional degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, International Logistics, or related fields. * One year of experience as an Air Operations Assistant in international freight forwarding agencies (import experience required). * Knowledge of Incoterms. * Basic English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. **Other Details:** * Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30am\-5:30pm and Saturday 12:00pm\-5:45pm (45 hours per week). * Grade: 009 * Modality: Hybrid * Permanent Contract * Availability to work at Av.
