Job Summary: We are seeking a Private Security Agent to monitor critical areas, control intrusion lines, supervise operations, and ensure security. Key Highlights: 1. Recording and reporting of suspicious behaviors and incidents **PRIVATE SECURITY AGENT \- CALLAO ZONE** Requirements: \- Minimum 6 months of experience in security \- Male (Preferred) \- Residency in areas adjacent to SMP/Callao/Los Olivos/Ventanilla (Mandatory) \- SUCAMEC ID card (Desirable) \- Basic knowledge of Office applications \- Availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating 12-hour shifts Responsibilities: \- Continuously monitor all critical areas: perimeters, offices, operation yards, and exteriors \- Monitor and control intrusion lines across all premises, performing daily operational tests \- Supervise cargo operations, container loading, and merchandise movement in real time, ensuring all operations are recorded \- Verify proper functioning of cameras, DVRs, NVRs, monitors, and recording systems, immediately reporting any failure or anomaly \- Record and report suspicious behaviors, incidents, camera obstructions, and any security-related risk situations \- Record and verify container numbers, security seals, license plates, and driver visual identification using PTZ cameras \- Maintain constant communication with the Physical Security Coordinator and security personnel for incident tracking and operational coordination \- Daily registration of incidents, updates, and visitor control at the Control Center \- Apply security and confidentiality protocols, avoiding use of personal mobile phones, external devices, and unauthorized abandonment of post \- Maintain active and continuous surveillance of assigned premises and operations, responding immediately to any relevant event Skills: \- Ability to work under pressure \- Adaptability \- Responsibility and punctuality \- Commitment to assigned duties We Offer: \- Biweekly salary \- Social benefits according to labor regime \- Payroll enrollment from day one \- SCTR insurance **NOTE:** Please attach a documented CV Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
