Financial advisory and transaction closing We are looking for **REAL ESTATE SALES ADVISORS** for VAL Grupo Inmobiliario. If you wish to enhance your experience by taking on new challenges in the real estate sector, this opportunity is for you. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year** of verified experience managing sales of real estate projects (Lima Moderna, Downtown, or South Lima) and **3 years** of general sales experience. * Solid knowledge of Peruvian financial products: Mortgage Loans, New Mivivienda Loan, and House Savings. * Proficiency in digital tools (Intermediate level) and experience using **CRM Evolta**. * **Key Competencies:** Persuasive negotiation, assertive communication, resilience, and excellent objection handling. * On-site work (multi-project) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Attend prospects both on-site (sales showroom/pilot office) and remotely (digital/telephone), meeting the marketing-assigned SLA for first contact (within 2 hours). * Mandatory daily registration and updating of all activities, tasks, calls, and visits in the Real Estate CRM (Evolta), ensuring full traceability of the sales funnel. * Conduct periodic follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into effective appointments and subsequently into reservations. * Provide comprehensive advisory services on Peruvian financing options (Mortgage Loan, New Mivivienda Loan, House Savings, and Direct Loan), including pre-approval requests from credit bureaus. * Actively coordinate with bank officers assigned to projects to expedite client approval letters. * Manage the closing process: collect initial deposit vouchers (minimum 5% or 10%, per policy), coordinate with the Sales Administration Department (ADV) and Legal for contract and minutes signing. * Ensure the sales showroom or pilot department remains clean, organized, fully operational, and equipped with up-to-date marketing materials. * Represent the company at commercial activations (Open House events) and major industry fairs (Nexo Inmobiliario Fair, San Miguel Fair, etc.). **BENEFITS** * Formal payroll under General Regime * Health insurance (EPS) covering 75% starting from the 4th month * Corporate benefits * Monthly commissions Salary: S/.1,800.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
