Responsibilities: * Answering telephone calls and WhatsApp messages. * Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling medical appointments. * Providing information about services, procedures, and operating hours. * Patient follow-up and appointment reminders. * Entering and updating data in the system. Requirements: · Sales experience preferred but not required. · Strong communication skills. · Proactive, results-oriented attitude. · Availability for on-site work.
