Resolve operational incidents in real time. **Restaurant Manager \- Mambrino Restaurant Chain** **Job Objective** Organize, direct, and supervise restaurant shift operations, ensuring compliance with service standards, quality requirements, and internal policies to achieve business goals. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily restaurant operations (opening and closing). * Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper presentation of the premises. * Verify product quality through line checks. * Lead and supervise service, bar, and kitchen teams. * Manage inventory, supplier orders, and supply control. * Monitor staff attendance, performance, and training. * Address and resolve operational incidents in real time. * Ensure an excellent customer experience. * Prepare operational and performance reports. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Completed university degree in a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar roles within restaurants. * **Knowledge:** * Restaurant operations management * Personnel management * Cash handling and inventory control * Customer service * User-level Microsoft Office proficiency * **Languages:** Basic English (intermediate level preferred) * **Other Requirements:** * Valid health certificate * Availability to rotate among group locations **Availability and Schedule** * Work schedule: **6 days per week (1 day off between Monday and Thursday)** * Rotating shifts: * **Opening shift:** 2 days per week, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. * **Closing shift:** 4 days per week, from 4:45 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. **Work Locations** Willingness to work at: * Miraflores * Chacarilla \- Surco * Jockey Plaza \- Surco * La Rambla \- San Borja * Dos de Mayo \- San Isidro * Centro Cívico \- Downtown Lima **Compensation and Benefits** * **Above-market compensation** * **Consumption surcharge:** S/ 1,700 * **Approximate total monthly income:** S/ 3,200 * Formal employment under the **General Regime** * **100% covered private health insurance** * **Corporate discounts** Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
