We are currently recruiting an **Intermediate** **Structural Engineer** to join our team. **About the Role** * Seismic-resistant structural analysis and design of buildings for mining and industrial sectors. Experience in developing reinforced concrete; masonry; and steel structures projects. * Ability to prepare and/or review technical documents; review and supervise design drawings; research and/or innovate on topics related to the discipline; analyze reinforced concrete and structural steel structures. Capability to manage sub-teams or discipline-specific teams. Strong commitment to meeting budgetary and scheduled commitments. Accountability for task outcomes. Timely identification of warning signs regarding scope; resources (engineers and designers); schedule; and/or budget. * Understanding of the relationship between engineering and cost estimation. * Participation in engineering development in accordance with Ausenco policies and standards to ensure delivery of required outputs and their quality. * Contribution to the structural engineering team, providing multidisciplinary support during engineering development for assigned projects and tasks. **Qualifications \- External** **About You** * Civil Engineering graduate. * 7–10 years of experience in civil engineering consulting and structural design using ACI; AISC; ASCE; and API (tanks) standards; experience in disciplinary management processes, ensuring comprehensive planning and efficient administration of human and material resources. * Advanced-level English language proficiency. * Computer Skills\/IT: + Word: Advanced + Excel: Advanced + PowerPoint: Advanced + AutoCAD: Intermediate + MS Project: Basic + SAP 2000: Advanced + ETABS: Advanced + SAFE: Advanced + Strand 7: Advanced (desirable) Working for Ausenco means you won’t settle for the status quo — you’ll be part of a culturally diverse, future-focused organization.
