Job Summary: Support daily transportation operations, ensuring efficient shipments and coordinating with teams and suppliers to settle transportation services on time. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage unsafe driving events and deliver SHE&QA talks. 2. Ensure payment for external transportation services and manage non-deliveries. 3. Collaborate on projects to optimize distribution operations. **Location:** CD Fabrica Lima **Reports to:** Transport Manager **Position Objective** Support daily transportation operations, ensuring that product shipments are carried out efficiently and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with various teams and suppliers to achieve timely settlement of transportation services. **A Day in the Life of...** * Monitor and provide feedback on unsafe driving events (e.g., speeding, harsh braking, aggressive driving, rapid acceleration, panic button activation) reported on the GPS platform during routes. Schedule topics for 5-minute talks. * Deliver SHE\&QA talks to third-party personnel upon entry, following validation of documentation submitted by the transportation company. * Ensure payment for external transportation services within established timelines and standards. * Manage potential Non-Deliveries reported by transportation supervisors with Customer and Sales Operations teams. * Coordinate with transportation supervisors to send the daily order monitoring report to relevant areas, in order to manage rejection reason codes with Customer and Sales teams. * Ensure compliance with the loading plan regarding timing and sequence established by the planner. * Maintain an updated database of national transportation dispatches from externally contracted Nestlé Distribution Centers (CDs). * Perform necessary maintenance on transportation documents in SAP (e.g., supplier code, route ID, truck type ID, loading origin ID, load linkage) and generate transportation loading cost entries. * Provide support in trip scheduling for Direct or Indirect Sales, ensuring delivery within scheduled time windows and maintaining the ice cream cold chain. * Timely communicate and manage any incidents or issues arising during daily distribution—including possible non-deliveries, loading plan non-compliance, delays in unit handling at Nestlé or external warehouses—with involved departments. * Collaborate on projects and initiatives to optimize distribution operations, ensuring quality and safety in processes, and continuously improving service efficiency and reliability. **What Will Make You Successful** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in transportation or warehouse operations. * SAP knowledge (Desirable) * Intermediate Excel (Mandatory) * Basic English
