We are looking for the best talent — **Dining Room Waiter** — and that could be you! Responsibilities: 1\. Greet and serve customers with kindness and professionalism. 2\. Escort customers to their tables and provide menus. 3\. Accurately and promptly take food and beverage orders. 4\. Provide menu information and recommend dishes based on customer preferences. 5\. Ensure efficient and coordinated service with the kitchen team to minimize wait times. 6\. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas. 7\. Manage reservations and assign tables effectively. 8\. Handle payment transactions accurately and courteously. 9\. Address special customer requests and proactively resolve issues. 10\. Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards. Requirements: \- 3 years of experience in marine gastronomy (not mandatory) \- Basic knowledge of service protocols and etiquette. \- Proficiency in using order management and point-of-sale systems. \- Charismatic individual capable of working well in a team. \- Professional and neat appearance. \- Taking orders, serving beverages and food. \- Handling customer complaints and claims at first instance. \- Welcoming, greeting, and introducing oneself to customers. \- Managing timing to ensure smooth service operations. \- Setting tables while adhering to the restaurant’s cleanliness and quality standards. \- Knowledge of customer service protocols. \- Basic English proficiency (not mandatory) Benefits: * Salary dependent on experience \+ individual tips. * Working hours: 8:00am \- 5:30pm * One day off per week. * Probation period (after probation: MYPE payroll registration with all statutory benefits) Ongoing Training. * Workplace location: Surquillo (Av.
