Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to update databases, print accounting books, enter payment schedules, and register HR requests in Starsoft. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supplier database management and updating in Starsoft. 2. Entry and recording of payments and requests in the accounting system. 3. Validation of supporting documents and proposal of improvements to accounting processes. A packaging production company is seeking an **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT**. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Higher education degree in Accounting. \- Knowledge of Starsoft (preferred) \- Knowledge of POWER BI (preferred) \- Cost analysis skills. \- Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM in San Miguel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Maintain the supplier database in the STARSOFT accounting system up to date, verifying legal name, RUC, tax address, and active and valid status in SUNAT. \- Print mandatory main and auxiliary accounting books generated by the STARSOFT system. \- Enter into STARSOFT’s Accounts Payable module the payment schedules corresponding to promissory notes, leasing agreements, and short- and long-term loans. \- Verify and record in STARSOFT’s Cash and Banking module HR-related payment requests—including payroll payments, loan deductions, and advances—along with their corresponding accounting entries. \- Propose improvements to optimize information and processes within the STARSOFT accounting system. \- Validate physical and electronic supporting documents via the SUNAT portal prior to registration. **BENEFITS:** \- General labor regime \- EPS (Private Health Insurance) Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
